Kseniia graduated as a confectioner from the renowned Kyiv Institute for Industrial Personnel Training and began her career in 2014 as a self-employed home confectioner. Her meticulous craftsmanship and devotion to quality soon led her to explore the art of bread baking, where she found her calling in wild-leavened doughs. For Kseniia, baking is not just a profession—it’s a way of life, deeply rooted in a commitment to natural ingredients and time-honored techniques.
In 2024, after relocating to the United States, Kseniia started a microbakery in her home, bringing with her the skills, traditions, and values she developed over a decade. Every loaf, and now every panettone, is made with the same dedication to excellence: she uses only the finest ingredients, embraces long fermentation processes, and insists on perfection in every step. Kseniia’s passion for continuous learning and innovation has driven her to master and refine her craft, creating a line of panettones that are both authentic and extraordinary.
